A CANCER charity are shouting out for avid cyclists to join its fundraiser bike ride event.

The Macmillan Dorset Bike Ride will be hosting its 36th iconic annual event to make an impact in the fight against cancer.

The fundraiser bike ride has been sponsored by Sunseeker International for 19 years and draws hundreds of riders.

Cyclists will set off on July 7 from Corfe Mullen, offering participants the choice of circular routes spanning 28, 48 or 63 miles through the Dorset countryside.

Riders of all abilities are welcome and can take part individually or as part of a team with family or friends.

Those involved in the team race will get free team photos, completion medals, team certificates and top fundraiser prizes.

Dorset businesses are encouraged to sign up and take part.
